    This 7-week long group course is specifically designed to gently guide each individual from the hot summer months to the cool, windy fall season ahead. Through daily observation of our mental and physical tendencies, we learn to understand our body on a deeper level and bring awareness and balance.

    As the seasons change, drastic shifts in nature can create imbalance and avoidable illnesses in our body and mind. Through resetting our digestive system in this short timeframe, we can avoid seasonal colds and mild depression through Ayurvedic cleansing and deep self-nourishment. 
  • Ayurveda Masterclass

    Each person reacts and relates to particular foods, energetics, and seasons differently, thus healing should be approached more acutely. Ayurveda offers each individual a specific roadmap of how to live their life in fullness and in complete balance.
